Come enjoy a new workout trend that combines two popular methods of exercise - yoga and pilates, or "yolates." Nicole C. Werner, certified fitness professional will be teaching this great form of exercise. This course will emphasize core stabilization, lengthening, toning and body sculpting. Yolates also improves core strength, posture and overall body awareness. |
